Solitaire Association Go - Data Deletion Instructions

Epic Leap Games respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of data associated with Solitaire Association Go and Facebook Login.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. Email epicleapgames@gmail.com from the email address associated with your game account.

2. Use the subject: "Solitaire Association Go Data Deletion Request".

3. Include your in-game Player ID and Facebook User ID, if available.

4. Do not include your Facebook password or any payment information.

What We Will Delete

After verifying your request, we will delete any account information, Facebook Login identifiers, profile information received through Facebook Login, and game data associated with your account that we store.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will notify you by email after the request has been completed.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Removing Facebook Access

You may also revoke Solitaire Association Go's access through Facebook:

1. Open Facebook Settings.

2. Go to Apps and Websites.

3. Select Solitaire Association Go.

4. Choose Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook prevents future access but may not automatically delete information previously stored by Solitaire Association Go. Please submit an email request to have that information deleted.
